My contribution
As the main designer, I took charge of the entire process, from ideation, visual design, user research & testing of the MVP. Working closely with 2 remote front-end developers, I addressed portal limitations and created various options to ensure our goals were achieved while maintaining a seamless user experience. The process
Throughout this extensive project, I had the opportunity to collaborate with different stakeholders. From the beginning, I worked with Business Analysts to align the platform's objectives and positioning. Ikhsan, the Solution Architect, guided the team in overcoming technical challenges and ensured the involvement of key stakeholders. Despite facing tight deadlines of only 6 months, we encountered numerous obstacles, including talent and complex technical issues.
Feedback from users
To gather valuable insights, I collaborated with Ikhsan and Jessica, a UI designer who provided assistance in note-taking. Together, we organised 5 usability testing sessions spread over 4 weeks, involving external developers. We conducted virtual interviews with 3 Developers and 2 Engineering Managers to understand their experiences in integrating APIs into their platforms. This valuable feedback helped us identify areas for improvement and address their expectations, needs, and pain points.
